Prisoners' Justice Day is a solidarity movement that began in Canada in 1974 in support of prisoners’ rights and to remember all the people who have died of unnatural deaths while incarcerated.
It is time the reformation goals of imprisonment are revisited, and changes made.
As Christians we are called to ensure justice is not blind to the oftentimes social causes of imprisonment.
